One tank instead of Two for GER (Giant's Shadow, Shock Ops)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On an active game of Shock Operations on Giant's Shadow, spawn into one of the two tanks available to the German team. Once the tank is destroyed, it will not respawn, and only one tank will be allowed on the field at once. That one remaining tank has zero cooldown on respawns, respawing instantly after it's destroyed.
What happens when the bug occurs? At the start of a game, the vehicle deployment screen allows the Germans to deploy two tanks in the first sector. Once they are destroyed, only one is ever able for spawning in again. A possible cause for this is that the cooldown timer of the only available tank is set to zero, allowing it to be spawned in immediately after it is destroyed. Once a battalion is lost, two tanks can be spawned in once again, but the bug persists and the same thing happens once they are destroyed. I'm not sure if this occurs in subsequent sectors as the first stage is so difficult for the Germans to overcome, in part due to this bug, that I have not been given the chance to reproduce this bug on later sectors.

Another relatively minor bug is that the two EV4 Armored Cars that are supposed to spawn for use by the Germans in the fourth sector, actually spawn a sector early in the third sector, permitting their use by the British. This seems to be unintended given the orientation of the vehicles (pointed towards the fourth sector objectives) and the fact the EV4 is faction-specific to the Germans. The relative power of the armored cars makes this error fairly negligible on map balance.

Also on Zeebrugge Shock Ops sector two, the Marines' airships spawns are supposed to be reduced from two to one, however the way this has been set up allows the single airship for that sector to spawn regardless of how many other airships are currently active, potentially allowing the team three airships at once. Again, this is less of a balance concern as in sector two, the objective is inside the Submarine Pen which has an indestructible roof, limiting the effectiveness of the airships, and destroying the airships prevents extra ones from spawning.
