What does this mean and how can i fix it?
I have tried everything that the EA Help website has suggested.

I disconnect either instantly after joining a game or 5-10 minutes, i just want a refund at this point, if i cant even play online whats the point? Other games work perfectly fine in multiplayer too.

@fhuck-you-pay-me As the previous post stated we need some basic information in order to assist you such as on which of the three platforms you are playing, are you on wireless or a wired connection and what have you tried so far in order to troubleshoot your issue.
I'm playing on PC, wireless connection that I rarely have problems with (only during bad storms). I tried diagnosing my connection, restarting router, etc. It was fine, so I tried other MP games, had no problems with them.
