Only get 30-40 Fps with GTX 1060..
I have BF1 with premium pass. I bought a GTX 1060 6GB GPU in juny. With this card i get only 30-40fps, even in LOW settings! I tried to create a user.cfg file with FPS lock, renderdevice, and drawfps...

As you can see, your CPU doesn't meet the system requirements for the game. Unsurprisingly, that you experience high CPU usage.
I had i5 2500k and 780Ti and I also had 100% CPU usage, when I changed the CPU to i7 7700k with the same GPU I get about 70-80% usage. I don't know why other people with new CPU's get high usage, but I don't have similar issue.
My recommendation is change the CPU or try to decrease your CPU usage by locking your FPS on 60FPS. Go to Video Settings of the game>>Advanced and set "Farmerate Limiter" to 60 FPS and enable V-Sync. About your thermal paste, when did you last replace it? 70-80C is normal for CPU of course if you use air cooling.

Thx for your answer. But. My CPU is fairly enough for newer games, like Wildlands, Andromeda.. Andromeda runs ot Ultra!
And i mentioned that with my old GPU i played this crappy BF1 on ultra with stable 50-60FPS, with the SAME CPU.
I never replaced the thermal paste on my CPU.
Well, Wildlands and Andromeda and Battlefield 1 are different games. For Battlefield 1 you need to have a really good CPU since the game is "processor-independent" especially in Multiplayer mode. I still don't understand why people compare the games that were made by different developers, on different graphics engines with different optimization. 100% CPU usage is the fact that your CPU cannot run the game perfectly.
