Operation Metro Ceiling Glitch

When are you going to fix the Metro ceiling glitch? Have reported players hundreds of times for this and still nothing has been done. Reports have been to Xbox and on Battlelog and yet I see the same cheating people in there. Your company and games are all poor quality as of late, as you take no actions to fix anything. I'm not purchasing anymore of your mediocre products.

    This is a known bug/glitch that should be addressed in a upcoming patch/update, but until then remain patient while it's being worked on.
    I apologize for any inconveniences, but I assure you it will be addressed in the upcoming updates.

    This is a known bug/glitch that should be addressed in a upcoming patch/update, but until then remain patient while it's being worked on.

    Yep, i know how you feel. This bug is extremely frustrating when you see some guy going 50-0 in the ceiling with an LMG. I hope to see this bug fixed as well. But for now, all we can do is wait since the team is already well aware of this problem @sanguine_daddy

    ok since this has  been a glitch/cheat since BF3 and it wasnt fixed then, i wouldnt consider this solved

    what when battlefield 5 comes out? if the server i admin on isnt up...i wont even play...just got off a game and the whole team was up there..i highly doubt this problem is taken very seriously

    Just take note of the glitcher's gamertag and report them via Battlelog while linking the battle report. If you can also take video and link the video it will help seal their fate when DICE's anti-cheat team investigates.

    this problem is not solved because there is a guy in battlefield 4 that does the ceiling glitch theres to ways into the ceiling he said one is at the base of RU and the other is at the US base
