Can you try to repair the game through Origin?
Here are the steps:
- Run Origin as administrator.
- Go to My Game Library and find the game.
- Right click on it and select Repair.
Once the process is complete, the game should be working fine. This process may take a few minutes.
If that doesn't work, try disabling DX12 and VSync from the game settings. Also, change the Fullscreen Mode to Borderless.

@gksvr1 I tried repairing, all my files are fine. I tried disabling vsync and making it borderless (i alr have dx12 off) but that made everything laggy and wierd so i immediately went back.

Can you update/reinstall your GPU driver?
Also, If you have an SSD hard drive, move the game files to that hard drive or try reinstalling the game.

Hopefully reinstalling the game may fix the problem. If that doesn't work, then there is not much I could help you with apart from saying report it as a bug.
