@Rattlesnake552 I'm sorry that you are still facing this issue.
Hopefully reinstalling the game may fix the problem. If that doesn't work, then there is not much I could help you with apart from saying report it as a bug.
@gksvr1 Unfortunately, reinstalling didn't do anything. If you can't do much more, where can I find someone who can?

- @gksvr1 Ok, I've tried EA help and through multiple failed attempts finally managed to get through to help a couple times, what they told me to do didn't work, and ea help is too buggy for me, so I guess I'll just wait here until someone has a fix.
