Operations/Conquest not loading next map

What happens is I finish a map in Operations, after the ending bit for the map runs and fades into the load screen for the next map, the black screen and loading indicator never goes away and I have ...

Summarize your bug Stuck Loading between games
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play conquest and finish the round. Once the timer counts down you will only see a black screen with the wheel spinning and it never loads.
What happens when the bug occurs? Black screen and loading wheel. Have to quit game and restart each time. Only started since today's download.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

This failing to load the next map during conquest only started today since the new update.

I can't even get on the game. I've turned everything off and on, updated and cleaned disc. My xbox one is loading the first battlefield loading screen then going to black screen with top right loading wheel and sticking on this for hours. No idea what to do. Everything was working fine before the update 2 days ago.
