I‘ve the same problem since July update, and have posted this, but EA don‘t give a *.
Ok thanks, i enjoy playing operations but there just no point having to disconnect all the time
..it happens on conquest as well, no issue before july update. I'm pissed.
Same for me too, Black screen with loading icon in right top corner after every match since July update with sound just nothing else, have to PS button restart full game to get it off as well as game crashing on the after match leaderboards menu - choose a new map then it crashes and have to PS button restart the full game. Annoying when it's shock wave or Operations.. In fact annoying altogether, I've emailed EA too.

I believe this is a known issue, with getting stuck in loading screens and the Menu Screen during Shock Operations.
