Operations/Conquest not loading next map

What happens is I finish a map in Operations, after the ending bit for the map runs and fades into the load screen for the next map, the black screen and loading indicator never goes away and I have ...

Right?!?! I just got the premium pass and i can't even enjoy it because the black screen of death happens at the end of each round

Hit the continue button and it loads next map, unfortunately the continue button doesn't always appear...
