origin charged me more than the listed price

I am from Pakistan, I have bought battlefield 4 premium from origin, it was listed with price 624 Pakistani rupees, but after buying it the deduction from my account was 1571 rupees,
I bought it by a visa debit card, I already contacted the bank, they said the transaction was of 1571 and they can't do anything about the listed price, and they told me the tax was only 53 rupees, now somebody tell me why did this happen? kindly.
