Origin is not installed

I've tried a load of different fixes to try to get bf4 to run but I am still coming up against this error message saying origin is not installed please install and try again. Has anyone managed to fix this when registry hack, reinstall directx and re distributable fixes didn't work? At the minute I'm running it on windows 8.1, 8gb ram, i7, gtx 660. I've tried to reinstall origin several times, fix the game using origin, edit registry, origin /register fix, still no luck?

Does any one have any ideas, they will be very much appreciated!

    Here are some more stuff you can try

    1)Try updating windows

    2)Try using orgin beta

    To opt-in to Origin betas, just follow the instructions below:

    1. Open Origin and log into your Origin Account
    2. Select Application Settings from the Origin menu.
    3. Scroll down to Origin Beta Participation and check the box next to "Update to the beta version when available." If it’s already checked, you’re good to go.
    4. Restart the Origin client to begin your update

    3) Reinstall windows 

    4) Scan for virus and remove them

    Some times the problem can be if you have 2 hardrives and bf4 is installed in one hard drive and orgin i installed in a different hard drive  

    Please accept a solution if your issue is solved. XP is also appreciated
