Origin Language Battlfield 4

So my language is set to English on Origin and I bought Battlefield 4 + Premium and I only get one option to chose from the language selector. And that would be Russian. I live in the United States, not Russia for one. Two: I never asked to pay for a Russian Version of the game. I don't speek Russian nor can I read it. I can't contact customer support with their number even though it states that they should be open right now. I never had more poblems with Customor Support in the last 3-4 years with EA than anyone else in my life. I'm getting sick of their **bleep** constantly giving me problems.

I would like to get an English version of the game please.

    Hi there, you'll ned to talk to an EA games advisor to get this sorted:

    -To contact a EA games advisor click here https://help.ea.com/contact-us?product=origin&locale=us
    You will be asked to fill in some details (problems type/game name/hardware platform/etc) and given a list of popular solutions. If no suitable answer shows then select 'I STILL NEED HELP' and you will be able to live chat with an EA games advisor.
