2 more rounds of email...
1st response once again just asked for the account address. Whatever.
2nd response says 'Having reviewed your mail, I gathered that you are having issue with game crashing'. Seriously? I'm facepalming so hard right now.
Gave up on Email and tried live chat. The agent says "I will report this for you to my gaming team as a high priority and resolve this issue as soon as possible." They sure were in a hurry to end chat afterwards. Sigh...

2 more days later and no more information from support. I've continued the ticket with a full explanation of the situation once again. Should I just give up and never buy anything from EA? I certainly will not feel comfortable buying any other game from EA if I cannot trust that issues such as these will be resolved if this happens again in the future.

Still nothing from support. Time to give up I guess. Judging from the other posts here from people who've had this game magically vanish from their account, it's rather clear that I'm wasting my time and nothing will be done...
