Own BF1 Base version, EA App stuck with only 'Buy' or 'Subscribe'

I contacted to Live chat and they somehow managed to fix the issue after 4 live chats and now bf1 its showing on my account

      Ok, EA support is now BLATANTLY LYING and trying to fob me off.

      "Thank you for contacting EA Support. My name is Navneet, I will be your assigned EA Support Expert today. I hope this email finds you well.

      I am happy to help you regarding your problem. I can imagine that it can be frustrating and I am very sorry to hear that this issue is causing you problems, but I assure you. I will do my best to solve the problem sunset game.

      We are afraid to inform you that Battlefield 1 has been face out. Hence, we have stopped supply.

      @ml33x Thank you for this recommendation. Live chat solved my issue with a greyed-out download button for Battlefield 1 (the problem was in a trial status of it, though I have the full version). 15 minutes and done. I struggled with it for half a year through countless emails to EA Support 👍👍👍

        @TheAnk3r Hey! I have the same problem.

        So how you've contacted live chat? I was trying to do the same but there is no option for it anywhere and the support is not helping me via emails, just sending me to the forums.
