Own BF1 Base version, EA App stuck with only 'Buy' or 'Subscribe'

I contacted to Live chat and they somehow managed to fix the issue after 4 live chats and now bf1 its showing on my account

Could you tell us exactly what you said to them and also exactly what they said they did to fix this please?  I'm still getting absolutely nowhere.
