@ml33x Thank you for this recommendation. Live chat solved my issue with a greyed-out download button for Battlefield 1 (the problem was in a trial status of it, though I have the full version). 15 minutes and done. I struggled with it for half a year through countless emails to EA Support 👍👍👍

@TheAnk3r Hey! I have the same problem.

So how you've contacted live chat? I was trying to do the same but there is no option for it anywhere and the support is not helping me via emails, just sending me to the forums.

Waited a bit and the little chat window appeared in the bottom right corner of the screen
