So how you've contacted live chat? I was trying to do the same but there is no option for it anywhere and the support is not helping me via emails, just sending me to the forums.

@taranozawrI've used this link https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us/?product=battlefield-1&platform=&topic=load-game&category=technical-support&subcategory=game-wont-launch and pressed Chat with us (and also filled in some info there). Waited a bit and the little chat window appeared in the bottom right corner of the screen
