Packet loss and lag spikes

Have you guys tried opening the suggested ports on your Router?

Also, depending on what platform you're on, I would try the following Connection Troubleshooting steps:

Also, If you have the Origin Overlay enabled in the Origin Launcher, please disable that. It's known to cause some issues.
