Packet loss BF1 ps4

I suffer with constant packet loss with BF1 (PS4) , when I had a 90 MB line I thought this was just a symptom of a general line in London, but I have been on a 950 MB (no longer in a London) line for the last 2 years and its exactly the same ? Random packet loss and latency warnings pop up fairly often. 

its just me and my wife in the house, at most my wife will be streaming something on the tv while I play, i.e. no major use on the line. 

I am wired direct into the router with CAT 6,  EERO pro 6 router,  ISP is Cuckoo fibre (was city fibre).
