Packet loss cause of BF4 exe

Thanks for reading but i think the problem is allready known and you cant help me with that.
Like i said the disconnects from the BF4 exe producing a huge Packet Loss on my whole Inetconnection.
Please google BF4 and Packet Loss you will find alot about it.
I tried googling it, but hardly any of it is the same as this. Anyways you don't seem to want to provide the information I need to try and help you with the problem so I wont bother trying to further drag it out of you. Good luck.
