Packet loss... Unplayable

Hi,

I just want to know if you have any information about packet loss in game ? Since a month or so I can't play BF4 cause of packet loss. This is simply unplayable. The only way to play is to join a server with less that 20 people and sometimes I got packet loss anyways...

For example, When I run the test in game in a 64 players conquest match, it tells me that I have a good ping (always below 30, depending on the server I am) but I got about 25 packet loss in and 3 to 10 packet loss out. This is simply unplayable. My movement are OK, but everyone else are jumping around like crazy. This is impossible to aim at someone or at a vehicle cause the are literally teleporting on the map.

For information, this is not my ISP (they don't detect anything abnormal on my connection) and all my other online games are working well. I have a cable 10 connection and my computer is wired directly to the modem.

So, the problem seems to be from the game and not from my computer. Also, many players are complaining about this on the forum but no answer have been posted yet... In my case, it was working fine in the beginning of December, but I can't play anymore since a month or so (maybe since the 20 December patch?)

Any news? Any solution??

Thanks. (and sorry if my English is bad. This is not my first language)

I created a video comparing packet loss on an empty server versus a full server.  The summary is that packet loss jumps way up as other players join.  This seems to be a server-side issue, not something to do with individual clients.  The video is currently processing, but once it's done, you can watch it here: http://youtu.be/9Eg60J49gaQ
