PC - Connection closed, open port 3659 UDP. This DOES NOT WORK!!

I have forwarded all of the recommended ports for both TCP and UDP and the game still gives me the same error!! this is getting VERY frustrating. Does anyone have a fix for this please

    I have also attempted what the guy in that video has done as well. I have scoured Google and done every possible "fix" I could find. None of this is working
