I just realized you are using a mobile processor ( i7 7700 HQ @ 2.8) which is not a bad thing but does change what could be causing the issue. Many people have posted success with disabling core parking on their cpu. If that is something you might be interested in I would google core parking and BF1 or jump right in and just disable core parking with this helpful utility which comes highly recommended. Hopefully the link is ok to post.

Hey @My_Robo_Panda1,
Please also try giving permissions to your Firewall, and disabling Nvidia GeForce Experience if you use the Desktop application.
Did you also try limiting the Frames in the in-game settings like Ragnarok mentioned?
