Hey @badcookiies,
is Directx 12 selected in the Settings? If so, change it to 11. If not then try over Origin to repair the game.
-Select My Game Library in Origin.
-Right-click on the game tile.
-Select Repair Game.
Have you selected a server manually in the server browser where a good ping was displayed? Test all game modes and look how the ping is

It has always been set to 11. benefits of 12 do not outweigh the performance drop for me. Settings haven't been touched and remain as you see in screen shot.
I have repaired more than once already but for your sake, I've done it again before going in to screen shot the servers and then scoreboard once I got in to show ping.
The only quick match I use is operations which I have no choice. (thats a different can of worms).
this forum wont let me upload all three at once so they are at PI

Hello @badcookiies
I am really sorry for those connection issues with Battlefield 1. I guess, you have already tried all the connection-wise solutions, described in this article here? If so, and bone of those made any difference, can you try to load your system, using Clean Boot and check the game again? Keep us posted.
Cheers,
Archi
