Thanks!!! This really helped me, after lots of other trial and errors!!
I added bf4.exe, origin.exe and OriginClientService.exe to my MS Antivirus, and my CPU spikes was gone!!
Finally !!! :D
All solutions here are bull *. These spikes never happen in bf3. They should fix the engine, not our pc's.
