Hello @Saumbo
I am really sorry for those troubles with the connection. Can you try these troubleshooting steps first to clear any problems you might have getting online.
Cheers,
Archi
You keep posting these same steps on both Bf1 and other Battlefield forums and 90% of people dont know **** on how to apply those fixes (including myself). Get your solutions straight so that everyone understands them! Goes to show how little you care about gamers and the community!

Hello @tilengoti
I can totally understand how frustrating this can be. And we are trying to do our best to help all our players in need. Connection troubleshooting can be difficult, since it depends on so many individual settings and hardware variations. Let us know exactly, what kind of issue you are experiencing, on what platform, using which type of connection, and if you have already tried any steps to fix this, and we will try to help you in the best possible way.
Cheers,
Archi

Well if you have to know I and experiencing an error ''you have lost connection to the session''! Let me explain it to you. I'm playing this game on a PC Windows 10 with proper specs to run the game twice if necessary. I have been getting this same error for like 2 months now and it came out of nowhere. The thing I have also noticed is that while loading a map, after a few seconds my loading stops for like 2 seconds, than it continues to load and again freezes for approximately 5 seconds and continues and finally freezes for about 10 seconds and continues just a little bit before disconnecting. If this tiny description is in any shape or form doing any good to you. I am also connected to a network using LAN cable so the connection is stable enough. Opening new ports, like every useless advice so far, did not help at all! Neither did turning sync on and off in Origin. And just to clear things out, I am getting these same problems on both Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1 but not on any other online Origin, so to say EA games. If I were you I'd focus on this problem ASAP otherwise you will be losing players I guarantee you that. Things like that are very frustrating, especially when you pay a decent amount of cash to buy it in the first place. Hope this clearing thingy helps!

Hey @tilengoti,
thanks for that description. You're saying that's happening in BF4 as well as BF1. I also recently got a PC that, as you said, could run the game twice. Still BF1 did "stutter" at times, when it froze for a second, sometimes for 3-5 on some maps. I eventually got rid of this issue by turning off DX12 in BF1 (not applicable to BF4) and, more likely a reason, switching off Windows Gaming mode.
On top, I also turned off nVidia Share, but I turned it on again at a later point and it didn't have any negative impact, so it points to one of the above things. Maybe that helps for BF4, too.

@EA_Joker mate this legit helped. DX12 was an issue! Thanks!

Hey @tilengoti,
that's great to hear - and don't worry, there isn't a big visual difference between DX11 and DX12 so far really, so you're not missing out on anything.
Now enjoy the game, get back on the Battlefield and have a great weekend!

Hi,
I have "LOST CONNECTION TO SESSION" problem too. With Trial version BF4. My brother has full version without connection problem. So i logged to my account on his PC and suddenly "LOST CONNECTION TO SESSION" problem. It seems, It Does not matter to PC. Is it caused by trial version or specific origin account? I have BF 1 without this problem. I'm disappointed because I wanted to buy the full version of BF4, but after this experience.... - Anonymous9 years ago
I'm currently playing the BF4 free trial on PC and I can't experience multiplayer because I keep having the save error "You have lost the connection to the session" I really wanna buy the game, but seeing that this happens and there are no straight answers, not sure if is a waste of money, pls help me fix this, when I enter a session where there are below 3 people, I can be there but as sonn as there are enough players the screen goes black and the same error shows, the rest just shows the loading screen for a while and then the error, I don't know how to do the ports thing but I've seen a lot of people saying that it doesn't work, I've tried turning off Widows Gaming, nVidia Share, restart my computer, restart my router, but nothing. Pls help me, I really wanna play the game

Buy the game, then the error is gone. Trial gamers are kicked out of some maps/servers.
