Hello @tilengoti
I can totally understand how frustrating this can be. And we are trying to do our best to help all our players in need. Connection troubleshooting can be difficult, since it depends on so many individual settings and hardware variations. Let us know exactly, what kind of issue you are experiencing, on what platform, using which type of connection, and if you have already tried any steps to fix this, and we will try to help you in the best possible way.
Cheers,
Archi
Well if you have to know I and experiencing an error ''you have lost connection to the session''! Let me explain it to you. I'm playing this game on a PC Windows 10 with proper specs to run the game twice if necessary. I have been getting this same error for like 2 months now and it came out of nowhere. The thing I have also noticed is that while loading a map, after a few seconds my loading stops for like 2 seconds, than it continues to load and again freezes for approximately 5 seconds and continues and finally freezes for about 10 seconds and continues just a little bit before disconnecting. If this tiny description is in any shape or form doing any good to you. I am also connected to a network using LAN cable so the connection is stable enough. Opening new ports, like every useless advice so far, did not help at all! Neither did turning sync on and off in Origin. And just to clear things out, I am getting these same problems on both Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1 but not on any other online Origin, so to say EA games. If I were you I'd focus on this problem ASAP otherwise you will be losing players I guarantee you that. Things like that are very frustrating, especially when you pay a decent amount of cash to buy it in the first place. Hope this clearing thingy helps!
