[PC] BF4 stuck on initial loading screen

I just bought BF4 premium on steam. Tried to play it but it didn't goes past the loading screen (launching from battlelog it always (multyplayer, campaing and test range) stuck in loading level). I ...

    i think the best thing to do is to contact EA

HEY,
did you try to do these steps:

1-run origin as an administrator
2-turn off origin in game overlay
3-run steam as an administrator 
4-turn off origin cloud storage

      @Karrots3 you already tried all right then did you try to run the game from the files?

        @mrdoom500 yes i tried from files, battlelog, steam and origin, as administrator and not as adrministrator, both x86 and x64
