PC: Campaign "Meet Garrison" mission won't let me up stairs after 'Titan' ship sails by

I beat this on the ps4. I bought it for origin a few months ago. Just got time to play it and Im stuck on this wtf??? Playstation versions are better because I never saw a bug in my life on a console
