[PC] Freeze/1FPS in cutscene with DX12 and G-Sync

So I use DirectX 12, as I typically get about 30-40 More FPS on my GTX 1080

However, when loading a cut scene like the ones before Operations matches, I can hear the audio play right away but the visuals load extremely slowly and my FPS goes to 1. 

This is to the point where I can't even load the game, it just stutters at 1fps until I force quit. 

This only happens when I have G-Sync Enabled. (Works on different, Non-Gync Monitor as well).

If Someone uses both G-Sync and DX12 Then Let me know what your settings are.
