Hi @Press-2-Continue - thanks for telling the community that this software is not compatible. As your subject text "has stopped working" is not very descriptive for this I've taken the liberty of changing it so your fellow gamers can easier find this thread. I hope that was ok.
Is this by any chance only in DX12 ? Many applications might have compatibility issues with DX12 games when they improve the DX12 code. If this is the case you probably have to wait for updates for these applications, you can help the issue along by reporting the issue to the developers of these applications.
It would appear that the MSI afterburner+Rivatuner issues are solved by going back to DX11, but this now gives me the issue's I had in DX11 where the game would freeze for 5 seconds at a time every 30 second to 5 minutes even before the patch, That is why I changed it to run under DX12 as that solved that issue for me.Also since this issue only started after the fall update this would be an issue on your side causing it to stop working if MSI afterburner+Rivatuner are turned on in DX12 and not an issue with the software itself as that is the latest version as I had stated before.
So I now have a game I am unable to monitor my temps/useage etc while in DX12 due to the fall update on BF1 or revert back to an unplayable game in DX11 where the game would freeze completely then revert back to being able to be played after 5 seconds which happens every 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

DX12 is rather new, there's very few DX12 applications. This means applications like Afterburner is still getting used to DX12 and needs to make some updates to cover all that DX12 changes, so if BF1 adds to it's DX12 implementation and Afterburner don't handle this change well it's not DICE's fault.
If you have issues with DX11 we can see if we can fix that instead. Is the DX11 freezes also fixed by turning off these applications by any chance? Does the DX11 freezes occour if you play after a clean boot?

The DX11 probelms are from a clean boot, they appear when both MSI and riva are turned off or on, The install of windows 10 is also a fresh install (All current updates done) which was done before I installed BF1, No other games react the same way as BF1does. Diablo 3,Starcraft 2, BF4 along with many other games all work fine with no issue's.

Have you tried a clean driver install using DDU?

If you can attach your dxdiag.txt to this thread I'll also like to take a look at it 🙂
