Could you please try to create a custom profile for Hardline in your Nvidia control panel where you force the game to only use your Nvidia GPU and where you disable/turn off all video enhancing features provided by your videocard driver?
Make sure that you have the latest videocard driver from Nvidia as it addresses several freezing and performance issues with Battlefield Hardline: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3647
