PC:BF4 "Error Game disconnected: could not join server."

I get this problem more than 50% of the time when I try to join a BF4 multiplayer game.  I wait in the queue, it counts down.  The the game launches, the desktop and browser go away to the game, I ha...

I did.  Didn't do anything.  With the firewall disabled, you don't get a prompt.

The ONLY thing that has worked, is joining a server with more slots open.
