There's a few different delays on the stats engine backend and that is what you are experiencing. Unfortunately, it'll solve itself but it does take a bit of time. I believe it was a few hours for myself but others have reported it being upwards of half a day or more though I don't recall seeing any beyond 24 hours.
im having the same issue but since launce of game i have the FINAL DUTY (CAMPAIGN) AWARD REQUIREMENTS Make the final choice REWARD but the other one wont unlock and i spend a all nighter trying to get it and nothing also im missing battle packs from my preorder of my pc game....
