Phantom Operative Help?

I'm looking for people to do the Phantom Operative assignment. I need three people to do it, please help.

@m037q They're not talking about the Dragon Valley 2015 EE. SkepticJoker is looking for 3 other people to ride down the elevator in Hangar 21 to get the Phantom bow and Phantom Operative assignment unlocked, as am I.

You can also get a bow playing alone on Operation Outbreak.

So not for help to go to the community map and pick up the bow... ;o)
