After activating the Phantom Trainee Assignment, I got two Shotgun Ribbons in a single round, satisfying one of the three Award Requirements. However, the satisfaction of this requirement is not reflected in BattleLog.

Same here. I got the 2 shotty ribbons and it's still not giving me credit for it and it's stopped giving me credit for my pistol kills.

I too am experiencing problems with this. I did the 200 pistol kills and 20 jet kills first. Got the 2x shotgun ribbon on Metro and it unlocked so it says. But unable to use the new paint scheme.
Having unlocked the Phatom Trainee via the skull on Leaderboards no matter how many shotgun ribbons I have gained it still does not register on the three assignments that must be undertaken, this bears in mind that Phantom Prospect does not have an order which it must be completed with. I have 333 kils withoDAO 12/ 94 with QBS 09/ 56 with SPAS 12 and 7 with USAS 12, these are after it was unlocked and done on Naval strike, am I missing something or is this assignment messed up? If so when will it be rectified and updated, also could there be other assignments and stats fouled up in the process, has anybody checked to see if so otherwise people are being denied their monies worth!!!!
