Pigeon Tube Messenger Code not working for Console.

I bought the Collector´s Edition 15 days ago and I can´t redeem the code yet. I've tried everything, and still doesn't work.
I contact EA support twice (#32513310 and #32513718). Both of them are CLOSED without any solution!!! I am very disappointment with EA Support.
This redeem system is a pain in the a(beep)ss...

    Hey @Kerverosi,

    sorry to see that's causing issues. The code is supposed to be entered on the website where it then can be transformed to a code for a platform of your choice.

    Apparently that didn't really work out for you and you redeemed it in Origin. That unfortunately unlocks the Weapon for PC only and not for all platforms. Although I cannot solve that right away, feel free to point other affected players to this thread so I can take a closer look. I'll also merge similar threads into this one if I find any so we can see what we're dealing with here.

    For further clarification: You tried to enter the code on the website, it was shown as invalid, then you took the same code and redeemed it on Origin, which was fine?

    Hi @EA_Joker!

    The code wasn´t redeemed yet because Triforge web don´t recognize it. If I check "View Previously Redeemed Codes" I can read "You have no redeemed codes", and if I go to Origin, the code is recognize immediately and is valid but I don´t want to do it from Origin because is for PC only. The code wasn´t redeemed on Origin´s website. I just wanted to check if the code is valid, I don´t confirm the transaction. The code isn´t used.

    Hey @Kerverosi,

    sorry that I haven't gotten back to you yet regarding this - if I can see this correctly on my side, you did redeem the code, but you redeemed it in Origin, since it wouldn't work on the designated Triforce website? That's what I can see on my end, if you can confirm this?

    As for anyone else who is experiencing issues regarding the code redemption for console, you should be able to reach out to an EA Advisor who should then be able to convert your code into a code for the respective platform manually while we're looking into this.

    • Tha code wasn´t redeemed yet, bro.  Origin recognized it but I don´t confirm the redeem.
