Ping 200 on all server

Im playing on asia server, im from Indonesia 
my ISP is myrepublic

my ping normaly is 26ms, i play every game on steam and the ping is normal 20-50ms on asia server
but this battlefield 4 and battlefield 1 server ping is always 200 on every asia server (the only normal ping on asia server is singapore, probably because this ISP myrepublic is from that country)
even on EU/US server my ping is almost the same 200, even on german my ping is 180 better than in my own region asia
is there's any fix for this problem??

i try change my dns / flush dns / dns etc
for some reason i cant use ethernet so im using wifi
please help

    Hello @Hochnar 

    Have you disabled your firewall/antivirus software and are you running any kind of proxy or ad-blocking software on your PC?

    didnt work and im not using any anti virus software
    not using any proxy 

    but i try using my phone cable tethering and the server ping is back to normal
    so i think it's my ISP that cause BF server to 200ms not my pc right?

    well of course its not good
    im using mobile data which more expensive to use rather than wifi or cable internet
