Hello
There are several reasons for the occurrence of this problem.
- Problems with EA servers.
- The problem of the game server. Try another server.
- Check the condition of the cable internet connection. Perhaps there is damage to the cable.
- Check your PC for viruses.
I hope these tips help you.

Good luck.
I have checked the condition of the cable and it is absolutly fine. Also no viruses found while scan.
it is not a problem from my side since I have pinged servers through many devices( battlelog android app... some other PC) and also tested ping through another internet connection at my friend's place... it is happening with all...
And the most important thing is ping is only changing on Singapore servers where i get 100 - 150 ping( best ofr my location) and rest servers are still same..

If your normal ping is 100/150 then there's a huge distance between you and the EA servers. To better help find out where the problem lies I would suggest doing a UOtrace, take a screenshot of the results, upload the screenshot somewhere and then link to it in here:
I think I am having this problem with Asian Servers only Then too here are the UO trace results as you asked..
