Plane Bugs, Plane will not repair, No pilot repair tool, Plane RPM reduced

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug PC BF1 Pilot spawns without repair tool. Planes unable to repair by pressing x. Planes machine guns rate of fire much reduced ~60 rpm. Plane unable to maneuver while weapon is activated. Ex. if you try to turn while firing gun, plane will stay on same course with flight surfaces jerking slightly between rounds of fire. Happens in multiplayer and campaign.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? see above
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Conquest
AMD or Nvidia Model Number GTX 1060
Enter RAM memory size in GB 12gb

Please help

    I am really sorry for those issue with the game. Have you tried to reinstall the game completely? And thank you for DxDiag file, I will forward your post to our experts.

    thanks for the help. I am hesitant to do a reinstall, given some posts I have seen of people then developing the same problems with all vehicles. It may be irrational, but not understanding the problem I don't want to brick the whole game. At least I can enjoy part of it now.

    I tired a clean uninstall and reinstall. Did not change anything.

    I see similar problems identified as confirmed or under investigation on the bug tracker. I guess somebody is working on it, maybe they will fix it eventually. Really sucks though. Great game, but so many problems.

    Hey @sqrjn, that issue is indeed in the Bugtracker, so it should be under investigation - it does sound familiar. So your work here is done for now - thanks for the info!
