Player counts for servers are not accurate

I know this is an issue that people have reported before but I feel the need to make my own post as it is rendering BF4 unplayable for me.  I decided this morning that I'd like to play some battlefield 4 so as usual I jumped on to the server browser to look at my options.  Right away I noticed that there were 15-20 servers nearly full that all had good ping, but all the other servers had like 4/64 players with 200+ ping.  After doing some looking around I found a server I liked the look of and jumped in but noticed the server was nearly empty.  At first I thought it may have been a glitch because the server browser said it had 58/64 players but as I tried to join other servers I ran into the same problem.  With some quick research I learned that it's a script admins are using to make it look like their servers are populated and EA has done nothing about it.  Now that I knew it was a script I saw the similarity between the servers as they all were nearly full, but never full so that you couldn't join.  After lots and lots of trial and error, I came to the conclusion that just about every god damn server in this game is being * over with that.  I couldn't join a single game with over 10 people.  I joined 10 servers in total all with different names, owners, and game modes, all with about 5 real players in game.  So in conclusion, BF4 is being * over by scumbag liars trying to get you onto their server and EA is doing absolutely nothing to stop it.  I can't play this game because every server I join has like 2 people in it, and I don't know what to do.  All I want to do is play one of my favorite FPS's in a decent sized server but every server I've tried to join ruins it.
