Thank you very much for that. It's good to see DICE continue to be aggressive about fixing minor stuff like this in effort to assure everyone can play the way they want.
Unfortunately my fingers are too fat for WASD, so hopefully this is a quick and (relatively) easy fix.
Bumping this to say this issue is one of the main reasons I have lost interest in BF1...
The game has just too many un-pc oriented quirks that have confirmed to me that the console versions of BF1 were, for the first time in this series, the priority in both development as well as post release support. Was playing BF4 up to a few months ago. Done with BF1 just after a few months.
