Could you please provide us some details about your hardware and the exact version of your Windows operation system? Have you already tried to repair the game via Origin (Origin -> My Games -> right-click on BF4 -> Repair Install)?

    hi there, it seems to be the same on bf3, and hardline..

    specs are..

    Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3.40GHz

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1

    ASU. P8Z77-V

    16gb ram

    AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series

    Samsung ssd

    Internet Explorer
     Version 11.0.9600.17728

    have tried it in 32 bit i.e. and 64 bit, both the same results, run the repair tool and still the same. ran as administrator, still the same

    have downloaded chrome and it wants to load into the game so looks like an internet explorer issue
