Please Explain Strong/Weak Attack/Defense Logic in Operations
If a team is dominating and defeats the enemy team across all maps with just one battalion, then shouldn't that be a strong attack all the way across? Yet, if you're on the attacking team and you win a sector with 0 reinforcements remaining, it's considered a "weak" attack. Specifically, let's say that you started that sector with only 50 soldiers and won that sector with 0 reinforcements remaining. Shouldn't that situation be a "strong attack", given that you took the enemy team out with only 50 reinforcements? The strong/weak attack/defense seems to be looking at the absolute number of reinforcements instead of the team performance. There are probably other variables and logical queries that the strong/weak attack/defense logic looks at, so I don't want to over-simplify. But based on my experience, that's what I seem to notice.
I feel that if you're able to defeat an enemy team with just one battalion and win the entire Operation, then your team should be awarded at a minimum, a strong attack with max points and a 2.5x point boost. If your reinforcements dwindle down to 0 from 250, maybe then that's a weak attack sector win, but if it dwindles down to 0 from 50, then that's a strong attack sector win in my book. Does this strong/weak attack/defense logic need revision in Operations?
