I can only partially agree with you on this since I was a pre-release Ultimate Edition purchaser. I like the idea of opening things up for all players if you earn them but at the same time like that I have items that were a "reward" in ways for being a Ultimate Edition owner. That being said I am not sure I would like to see Lawrence of Arabia and Red Baron or the Hellfighter Shotgun available for anyone to try to get. Not to come off sounding rude about it but some people did pay extra to get the extra items (as well as a decent list of other benefits). This is the same reason I pre-ordered Battlefield V Deluxe for the extra goodies and long term benefits of the Deluxe package. That and to show my support for the game and community.
Maybe they can find a compromise so non-Ultimate edition can enjoy some of the things we have but not all of them.
