I have had Battlefield 4 for a number of years and played it on both ps3 and ps4. I haven’t played in some time and redownloaded it recently. I attempt to launch the game and the title screen loads. ...

@tedbieling1210 Have you found any help with this? This has happened every time I've tried to play this on console since around when BF1 launched. I remember they changed a lot with the UI and matchmaking stuff, even on BF4 to match BF1, which was baffling alone. Then at some point it became unplayable if it was uninstalled and reinstalled.

@SirNapkinz07 Potentially you may have a disabled account. You could try resetting the password for your EA account as that might help.

If not, it'll be best to contact EA Help directly, as @danisoff mentions.
