Catalyst 13.12 didn't fix the issue, but the latest BF4 client patch (the one that was about 180 MB) minimized the problem quite a bit. I used to restart my PC in less than 10 minutes after I start a round. Now I'm able to play several rounds without a problem. The Memory leak did happen twice yesterday, but at least now I'm able to play for a while.
FYI, I found the solution to the AMD memory leak. Buy an Nvidia Graphic card. Upgraded my AMD 5 series to a GeForce GTX760 and have been playing for a few weeks now without a single leak. I can't tell you how nice it is to not have to reboot my PC 6-7 times a day in order to game for a couple of hours.

Another fix for :
Alt + Tab to minimize the game every time you complete the game on the map change and then re-maximize Alt + Tab the game on the new map, it works for me. To me there is no memory loss.

This was the Solution for me too.
I've always had ATI grafic cards, but now i've decided to buy the Geforce GTX 770. It just arrived and i plugged it in. Works perfecetly!
This was the last ATI grafic card for me...

No, if it did I would have mentioned it in the first post 😉
