    As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.

i have nvidia card

this what fixed it for me:

To Fix Memory Leaks on Non-Paged-Pool:
Changed the registry value instead of using Autoruns:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Ndu

Change the Start value to 4 (for disable).

I think your problem is different from us with AMD HD5/6xxx series, NDU fixed problem seem to come from old Realtek Ethernet driver, try to update to latest version should fix that.
