    As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.

i had this issue

amd 1100t 3.8 stock

6770 xfire config

would do this after 15 minutes without fault

the only thing i have done to stop this issue

is use the 32 bit bf4 exe  and i dont get this issue

but still limits memory used
