As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.

Not exactly - this sounds a bit promissing:
-Tweaked and improved CPU multi-core utilization to try and avoid stuttering and low framerate due to stalls that happened on some CPU and OS configurations.
I have downloaded the update and will be testing it today later, really expecting to see some improvements...
I put A LOT of hope in AMD Mantle, but I guess I need to wait a bit longer - new beta AMD Driver, that's gonna be released today, will only support a few, newest chips...

Yeah, I finished update the game and waiting for test too, the server side is taking longer time to update I guess.
About Mantle I'm not sure if our HD5-7xxx will get any benefit or not, but some fix and improvement would be nice too.
